Anvika and Vishan met the modern way: by swiping right on Bumble in 2023. Their initial encounter was a comedic disaster—dinner outdoors quickly turned chaotic when Vishan slipped into a mud puddle during an unexpected downpour, followed by a long wait for the metro. Despite the mishaps, they laughed and connected, setting the stage for a second meet-up at a cozy café.
When Anvika and Vishan went out together in Bangalore, they explored the vibrant streets, stopping at food stalls for local delicacies. They laughed over spicy vada pav and shared stories about their favorite hangouts. As they wandered through Cubbon Park, the sunset painted the sky, deepening their connection and leaving them excited for more adventures together.
Anvika and Vishan had a lovely time together in Bangalore, starting with a visit to a charming café where they savored rich filter coffee and delectable pastries. They strolled through the bustling markets, enjoying each other’s company and picking up quirky souvenirs. As they relaxed by the lake, watching the sunset, they felt a deepening bond and joy in every shared moment.
As Anvika and Vishan spent more time together in Bangalore, they gradually fell in love. Each outing, from cozy cafés to lively markets, deepened their connection. Late-night conversations revealed their dreams and fears, while shared laughter and stolen glances sparked something special. One evening, under a starlit sky, they knew they had found love.

He proposed on a Scrabble board.
He glued the letters on, spelling "Anvika WILL YOU MARRY ME", and then asked if I wanted to play the game after dinner. He had me set up the game, and of course when I opened the board, I saw the letters spelling out the proposal!
I was so awestruck, confused and surprised at the same time as he stood there ring in hand. I framed the board and have it hanging in our home.
"Yes! Yes of course! Yes!"
Every moment in our lives is a miracle, we should enjoy instead of ignoring.
